HOW-TO PURCHASE FROM US
The Bayou Bandit is based in Southwest Missouri near beautiful Stockton Lake where we operate a commercial kitchen for storage, preparation and distribution of a vast selection of seafood, poultry and specialty meats throughout Southwest Missouri. We do not offer store hours, but we are readily available to answer questions and assist with your requests. Sales are conducted using our mobile trailers, which have scheduled routes through several cities and towns.

That calendar includes a link to the information for the cities, locations, days and times where you can find us making sales. You are welcome to come ask questions and make purchases with no pre-order required at any time. We will happily show you products and discuss preparation options. Preferred payment methods are cash and card.

Are pre-orders required?
NO. Our products are primarily sold on a first-come basis, unless arranged in advance for special or large volume orders. We closely monitor sales volumes and estimate the weekly requirements for the items offered. Unfortunately, sometimes sell-outs do occur, but efforts are made to avoid them when possible. At the end of the day, we prefer to carry low inventory from week to week, which ensures that you get the freshest product on every visit.
Can you pre-order?
PRE-ORDERS are typically reserved for the following situations:
Crawfish: During Crawfish season (late January to late June or early July), we accept pre-orders for LIVE Louisiana crawfish in full and partial sacks. Further information on ordering and care of crawfish can be found here on the website.
Handmade Crab Cakes: Our handmade crab cakes are made using our proprietary recipe and using the finest lump crab available. Due to high demand and frequent sell-outs, we often take pre-orders for these delicacies. Please watch for updates!
Whole Alligators: While we attempt to keep a small stock of alligators on-hand; it is a good idea to shoot us a message if you have an event planned. This helps us ensure delivery of your preferred size/ weight.
Large Events and Special Occasions: We are happy to work with you weeks or months in advance to coordinate the products that you need.
Cautionary Word: Please DO NOT place your order by comment on social media, through Messenger, via text message, etc. If you need to speak with someone about your order, please call. Due to the sheer number of patrons and workload, we are limited on how and when we accept pre-orders.
