We typically operate a mobile store that sells fresh and frozen seafood (& specialty meats) each weekend around the SW Missouri area. Most of our menu is first come first serve with a few items available for pre order (crawfish, alligator, and crab cakes). What we offer will change weekly throughout the different seasons. Our prices also change weekly as market prices fluctuate.
When you visit us at one of our stops, be ready with cash or card to purchase all types of seafood and specialty meats!

Please see our Sales Calendar here. We cover a broad area and it is difficult to visit everyone as frequently as we’d like, but we do our best. If not this weekend, we hope to see you soon.

No. Only certain items are available for pre-order. Otherwise, if we have it, you’re welcome to buy it.

We currently offer crawfish, whole alligator, and crab cakes as pre-order options, depending on what is available for a particular weekend.

Some items are seasonal and/or subject to catch. Once availability and pricing are determined for the week, the menu is updated and posted on this site and social media. This may happen once or multiple times per week, so it is best to stay up-to-date by enrolling for our updates and announcements.

No. Preferred methods of payment are Cash or Credit/ Debit Cards. Advertised prices are cash prices and card purchases incur convenience fees, currently 3.5%.

The Annual Bug Bash is our yearly crawfish competition/cook off. Everyone who loves crawfish, live music, and good and wholesome competition is invited to join us! We welcome teams to sign up to compete in preparing the best version of their own crawfish recipe.

We do cook on occasion and host events, but that does not occur on our current sales route. The weekly route is live, fresh and frozen products.

We strive to offer a diverse menu. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our menu, please contact us because we have multiple sources to fulfill your needs. Most special orders can be obtained within a few days.
